The first unit didn't work. Following the instructions the item would not connect and this was evidenced in a video sent to the customer services team who replaced it very quickly (can't fault them at all) however the replacement was the same, I think a bad batch has been delivered or I have just been unlucky. I have never had an issue with any other product that I have bought from here and put this down to a new product with a couple of poor examples
